Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship Management:
   • Assist and engage clients
   • Update clients about offers and policies
   • Share product knowledge and foster positive interactions
2. Sales:
   • Achieve sales targets
   • Execute cross-selling and up-selling strategies
   • Maintain inventory flow and average bill value
   • Manage and record walk-in and trial room conversions
3. After-Sales Service:
   • Handle pick-up updates and alteration follow-ups
   • Record customer feedback
   • Resolve sales and product-related issues
4. Floor Management:
   • Arrange products in a presentable manner
   • Perform steaming and security tagging
   • Manage back stock and conduct stock counting

Qualifications

• Confident Female: 20 – 35 years of age
• Education: Graduate and above
• Languages: Proficient in English, Hindi, and any regional language
• Computing Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience: Minimum 1-2 years in retail and at least 1 year as a fashion consultant
• Preferred Background: Experience in women’s ethnic wear brands
• Location: Reside within 15km/1hr distance from Vashi, Navi Mumbai
• Educational Background in Fashion: Preferred
